Caleb J. Frischknecht

Mr. Frischknecht is an associate with Ray Quinney & Nebeker, practicing in the firm’s litigation section. Before joining the firm, Mr. Frischknecht served as a law clerk to the Honorable Paul G. Cassell and the Honorable Ted Stewart at the United States District Court for the District of Utah.

Mr. Frischknecht’s practice involves a variety of commercial litigation matters, including contract, antitrust, and intellectual property disputes, as well as appellate work. Mr. Frischknecht has been selected for inclusion in Mountain States Super Lawyers Rising Stars in the areas of Business Litigation, General Litigation, and Intellectual Property Litigation.
