Kamie F. Brown

Kamie F. Brown practices in the Firm’s litigation section and has substantial experience representing manufacturers, distributors and insurers in product liability defense and commercial litigation matters. Her product liability practice involves the defense of a variety of products including airplanes and helicopters, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, asbestos, watercraft, ATVs, motorcycles, and automobiles. In commercial litigation, Ms. Brown handles significant insurance coverage and contract disputes, transportation cases, and defends credit card companies in various litigation matters. She has notable experience with matters before the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation, consolidated proceedings, and defense programs for pattern litigation.

Ms. Brown has been voted by her peers as one of Utah’s Legal Elite by Utah Business Magazine for the past five years, and was included in the Mountain States Super Lawyer’s Rising Star Edition in 2009.
