Attorney Profile

Jared Parrish is a Shareholder in Ray Quinney & Nebeker’s Securities Litigation, Receivership, Bankruptcy and Criminal Defense and Corporate Compliance practice groups.  As an experienced litigation and compliance attorney, Mr. Parrish’s practice is devoted to matters involving government regulation and corporate compliance, private securities litigation, and equity receiverships. Mr. Parrish has extensive experience in matters involving the Securities and Exchange Commission, Federal Trade Commission, Food and Drug Administration, Department of Labor, FINRA and various state regulatory agencies across the country. He regularly represents equity receivers and creditors in receivership and bankruptcy matters, as well as individuals and companies in securities litigation. In addition, he assists clients with whistleblower submissions to regulatory agencies, and in defense of regulatory civil enforcement actions.

Prior to joining Ray, Quinney & Nebeker, Mr. Parrish was a partner at another local law firm, where he practiced for over six years. He previously worked as a Securities Analyst for the Utah Division of Securities and as a prosecutor.

Mr. Parrish has been recognized by Mountain States Super Lawyers (2012-2016) as a “Rising Star” and by Benchmark Litigation as a “Local Litigation Star” in the areas of Commercial and Securities Litigation (2013-2014).  He also maintains an AV Preeminent (4.8) rating with Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating awarded to attorneys for professional competence and ethics.
