Ms. Eccles joined Ray Quinney & Nebeker in 1991, and is a member of the Firm’s Corporate Section.  Ms. Eccles has represented clients in a wide variety of matters, including day-to-day legal operations, business entity selection and formation, corporate governance and structure, stock transfers, asset purchase and merger agreements, and all types of contracts necessary to a company’s business operations.
