Paul C. Burke Reappointed For a Four-Year Term with Utah Supreme Court Advisory Committee

Mr. Burke is a shareholder, director, and general counsel of Ray Quinney & Nebeker. He has a broad range of experience, although a substantial portion of his practice has been in the realm of labor and employment law. In his capacity as the Firm’s general counsel, Mr. Burke provides legal advice to the Firm’s management and coordinates the Firm’s legal affairs. He also serves as a member of the Firm’s Ethics Committee and addresses issues involving professionalism and the rules of professional ethics.
