Category of Data Subjects:  RQN’s Systems handle information from clients, potential clients, and social contacts.

Purpose of Processing:  RQN uses this information to:
* provide support and services through our website,
* promptly respond to requests and inquiries for legal representation,
* market to clients and prospective clients,
* comply with legal requirements obligations, and
* otherwise enhance our legal services in the normal course of business

Legal Basis for Processing:  RQN handles personal information in the course and scope of providing legal services. RQN has a legitimate business interest in handling the information. RQN may also handle information pursuant to a legal obligation.

Automated Processing or Profiling:  Automated processing does not occur.

Categories of Recipients Who Receive This Personal Data:  RQN may share information with third party service providers, such as data hosting and software services. RQN may share information with indemnity insurers and governmental and regulatory authorities.

Whether the Personal Data Is Transferred Outside of the European Economic Area:  RQN is outside the European Economic Area. Regarding information received by RQN regarding European residents and citizens, RQN may share personal information as disclosed above.

Retention Period:  RQN maintains some information perpetually and maintains other information in conformity with legal requirements and legal industry standards for records retention.

Category of Data Subjects:  RQN handles personal information from clients and individuals who may have information relevant to the provision of legal services.

Purpose of Processing:  RQN uses this information in connection with its provision of legal services.

Legal Basis for Processing:  RQN handles personal information in the course and scope of providing legal services. RQN has a legitimate business interest in handling the information. RQN may also handle this information pursuant to a legal obligation.

For example, RQN may have personal contact information about a potential witness in a legal matter, and may be required to disclose it in connection with its discovery obligations. These rights might include the ability to review the Personal Data we have in our Information and Communications systems concerning you, the ability to make any corrections to that Personal Data, the ability to be informed of who that data may have been shared with, the ability to request that we erase all of our Personal Data, and the ability to restrict how we Process your Personal Data. We will respond to any of your requests to exercise these above Data Subject rights within 30 days.
