Mel is an associate in the firm’s Bankruptcy and Real Estate Practice Sections. Mel’s practice focuses primarily on bankruptcy and creditor’s rights while also involving healthcare, construction law, and real estate transactions.
During law school, Mel was the president of the Health Law Club and a consumer medical debt research assistant for Professor Brook Gotberg. Mel also completed an internship with the United States Senate’s HELP Committee and completed two externships with the Utah Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the District of Utah.
