Joseph is a registered patent attorney with more than 10 years of experience helping clients protect and commercialize their innovations. He has experience managing large portfolios for global corporations pursuing domestic and international protection as well as representing individual inventors, startups, and everything in-between. Joseph assists clients with patent prosecution and IP portfolio management in various technological fields including drilling and mining operations, electro-mechanical consumer devices, mechanical engineering, surgical and medical intervention technologies, advanced materials, manufacturing processes and equipment, and a wide range of other technologies and consumer products. Joseph also advises clients on patentability, freedom-to-operate, and infringement issues.
In addition to maximizing client value for each individual patent and trademark, Joseph helps clients strategically build domestic and international IP portfolios that are tailored to the growth model and goals of each client.
