Alexandra S. Trombitas is an associate at Ray Quinney & Nebeker, where she practices in the areas of bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, mergers and acquisitions, and white collar, corporate compliance, and government investigations.
Before joining the firm, Alexandra served as a Bankruptcy Term Law Clerk for multiple judges across the United States. These roles provided her with extensive experience in complex bankruptcy proceedings, restructuring matters, and federal court practice.
Prior to her legal career, Alexandra worked in private equity and management consulting, where she advised companies on operational strategy, corporate governance, and financial performance.
Alexandra earned her J.D. from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 2023 and holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Political Science from Loyola University. During law school, she served as a judicial intern for Justice John A. Pearce of the Utah Supreme Court.
She is admitted to practice in Utah and is an active member of the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation.
