Ms. Marcheschi is an Of Counsel attorney in the firm’s Real Estate practice group. Her expertise is focused on complex commercial real estate transactions, including commercial acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and title, survey, and environmental due diligence in connection with such transactions. She has represented a wide variety of clients, including buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and developers, and has experience in other general real estate matters.

Ms. Marcheschi advises clients across all stages of the commercial real estate life cycle, ensuring their transactional interests are protected through meticulous due diligence and expertly negotiated agreements.

Ms. Marcheschi earned her J.D. from Yale Law School, where she served as Editor of the Yale Journal on Regulation. She holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Brigham Young University, where she graduated magna cum laude and was the Recipient of the four-year Trustees’ Scholarship. Ms. Marcheschi is admitted to practice in Utah and California.
