Mr. Christianson has practiced injury law in Utah for over 25 years. He practices in the firm’s litigation section and has broad experience working up and litigating all types of injury claims including auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian/auto accidents, dog bites, construction accidents, semi-truck accidents, slip/trip and fall accidents, brain injuries, defective products, workplace accidents, catastrophic injuries, accidental burns, severe scarring injuries, accidental death cases and many other types of injury claims.
Representative cases include litigating and obtaining seven figure settlements for clients injured in car and work related accidents.
Additionally, Mr. Christianson has arbitrated and mediated hundreds of cases for his clients over the past 22 years.
Mr. Christianson is conversant in German.
