Ms. Krogue is a Shareholder in RQN’s Litigation Section. Ms. Krogue has experience in a broad array of commercial litigation, including shareholder/member disputes, breach of contract actions, property rights disputes, and employment/trade secret issues. Ms. Krogue has particular expertise in defamation and free speech actions and has successfully defended her clients against defamation claims in complex and high-profile actions.
Ms. Krogue joined the firm in 2014 after graduating from the University of Michigan Law School. Ms. Krogue is a Girl Scout troop leader and serves on the firm’s Associates Committee. She is also active in the Utah State Bar and with the Women Lawyers of Utah.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Ms. Krogue worked in agriculture and agritourism, and she still has deep roots in Utah’s agriculture industry.
