Ray Quinney & Nebeker formed the Minority Lawyers Group to advance and foster diversity within the firm and to better serve the entire Utah community. RQN’s commitment to diversity and inclusion allows us to provide exceptional legal services to our clients, along with the unique ability to meet the needs of our clients within minority communities. Core to our mission is collaborating with existing groups, such as the Utah Minority Bar Association and the Utah Center for Legal Inclusion, in an effort to make Utah’s legal services more equitable and easily available to members of Utah’s minority communities.
Some primary goals of the RQN Minority Lawyers Group include:
- Improving and furthering the recruitment, retention and advancement of minority attorneys at the firm
- Offering top-notch legal services to new and existing clients and to help meet the needs of clients within Utah’s minority communities
- Offering culturally competent legal services
