RQN Shareholder Maria E. Windham accepted a position on the National American Immigration Lawyers Association’s (AILA) 17-member Federal Court Litigation Section Steering Committee. This makes her the only Utah member of the litigation section’s steering committee. Maria is Chair of RQN’s immigration law practice group and is a litigator with experience in matters involving securities law, environmental and natural resources law, immigration law, and other state and federal regulatory matters.
