Green is an independent consultant to Ray Quinney & Nebeker.  Mr. Green earned a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Utah and his J.D. from Brigham Young University.  He is available to consult on matters for the Firm on a case-by-case basis in real property and construction related transactions, disputes, and other matters.
