Austin Nate is an associate in the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights, Banking and Finance, and Litigation Sections.
Prior to joining the firm, Austin clerked for the Honorable William T. Thurman of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah and the Honorable Dale A. Kimball of the United States District Court for the District of Utah.
Austin is a graduate of the Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark Law School where he was a lead articles editor of the BYU Law Review. During law school, he was a legal research and writing teaching assistant to Professor Kristin Gerdy and a Legal Intern at Nutraceutical Corporation and Intermountain Healthcare.
Before attending law school, Austin received his bachelor’s degree in Latin American Studies from BYU and worked for an alternative energy start-up company.
