Blake Biddulph is a Shareholder in the Firm’s Litigation Section. He has extensive experience in personal injury, products liability, and transportation litigation. Mr. Biddulph defends wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury cases on behalf of several large corporations, universities, and insurance companies, including local public utilities, oil and gas companies, construction companies, sporting goods retailers, and others. He defends numerous worldwide and national medical device companies, recreational vehicle manufacturers, elevator and escalator companies, and many other product manufacturers. He defends several of the nation’s largest trucking and bus companies in trucking and bus accident cases, involving fatalities and/or catastrophic injuries.
Mr. Biddulph is a skilled writer, researcher, oral advocate, and litigator. He has actively participated in and successfully tried multiple jury trials. Mr. Biddulph co-authors the Tort Law Desk Reference, Utah Chapter, and the Product Liability Desk Reference, Utah Chapter.
