Brandon Gardner’s practice focuses on estate planning, trust and estate administration, and taxation.
Mr. Gardner helps individuals and families navigate the complexities of the law to preserve their wealth, create lasting legacies, and achieve their individual and family goals. From the creation of basic estate plans, including the creation of wills, revocable trusts, and powers of attorney, to more complex planning techniques, Mr. Gardner helps clients create estate plans that are customized to fit each client’s situation.
Mr. Gardner also assists clients with the probate of estates, the administration of trusts, the reformation or modification of irrevocable trusts, the preparation of gift and estate tax returns, and general tax planning.
