Mr. Bassett’s business law practice emphasizes representation of closely held businesses (S corporations, Limited Liability Companies, C corporations, etc. including Professional Corporations and Professional Limited Liability Companies). This includes advising clients in the formation, acquisition, merger, structuring, purchase (buy-in), sale (buy-out), or termination of such businesses, as well as the general business transactions, contracts, and agreements of such entities.

Healthcare Law

A substantial part of Mr. Bassett’s practice includes representing and advising closely held medical practice entities, including all aspects of company governance, contracts, and agreements. Mr. Bassett has extensive experience in assisting his medical practice clients with the formation, structuring, and governance of real estate entities and interests associated with the medical practice, and in preparing the employment and contractor agreements between the practice and its professional services providers.
