Clark P. During his long and distinguished career, Mr. Giles served at the highest levels of leadership at the Firm, including tenures as Managing Director and President of the Firm. His legal practice focused on estate planning, estate and trust administration, and charitable foundations. Mr. Giles had substantial experience in devising sophisticated estate planning for individuals to accomplish their personal desires and minimizing death taxes. Mr. Giles was often involved in the determination of death taxes and the administration of complex estates and trusts. Mr. Giles is a member of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) and former Chairman of the Estate Planning Section, Utah State Bar. He has been active in a wide variety of community activities and serves on the boards, or advisory boards, of numerous charitable organizations.

Mr. Giles was included on the list of The Best Lawyers in America© for more than 20 years in Trusts and Estates and maintained an AV Preeminent (5.0) rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating awarded to attorneys for professional competence and ethics. He was selected for inclusion in Mountain States Super Lawyers (2007-2014) in the category of Estate Planning & Probate.
