Mr. Bezdjian is an accomplished patent attorney and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Utah, graduating magna cum laude, and a J.D. from the University of Utah, where he graduated as a member of the Order of the Coif. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Bezdjian excelled as a process engineer at Tesoro Corporation (acquired by Marathon Petroleum), specializing in unit and energy optimization.
Drawing on his strong academic background and engineering experience, Mr. Bezdjian focuses his practice on preparation and prosecution of domestic and foreign patent applications for clients in diverse industries, including agriculture, aerospace, chemistry and chemical process, electromechanical devices, oil and gas, rare earth metal recovery, nanotechnology, additive manufacturing, nuclear, microelectromechanical devices, and semiconductor. Additionally, he provides valuable assistance to clients in patent opinion work and the management of intellectual property portfolios.
With his extensive knowledge and expertise in intellectual property law, Mr. Bezdjian is adept at navigating the complexities of the field to protect and optimize his clients’ innovations.
