Denim Wilson is an associate practicing in the corporate section of Ray Quinney & Nebeker. Denim earned her LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University School of Law and her J.D. from Charleston School of Law. During law school, she was Clerk and Social Chair of Phi Delta Phi. She was also a Student Ambassador, and an active member in the Business Law Society and Women in Law. She was awarded Student Leader of the Semester and Legacy Award Winner for the Class of 2022.
Prior to law school, Denim earned her bachelor’s degree from University of San Diego in business administration, where she was on the honors and Dean’s list.
Prior to joining the firm, Denim was a Senior Tax Consultant at Deloitte LLP in the multistate tax group. She gained extensive experience in corporate tax compliance, planning, and controversy during her time there.
