Ms. Ramirez is an associate in the Firm’s Employment and Litigation Sections, with a focus on securities litigation. She graduated from the University of Utah, David Eccles School of Business, with a degree in finance. During law school, she was the Executive Articles Editor of the Utah Law Review and a William H. Leary Scholar. She also received the Outstanding Achievement Award for Civil Procedure and the CALI Award in Arbitration.
Prior to law school, she interned at Immigrant Legal Service and volunteered for the Pro Bono Initiative: Street Law, Community Legal Clinic and Debtors Clinic. Ms. Ramirez is a Judicial Intern to The Honorable John A. Pearce at the Utah Supreme Court and as a Quinney Research Fellow to Associate Dean Lincoln Davies, Professor Jeff Schwartz, and Professor Clifford Rosky. She is fluent in Spanish.
