Ms. DuBois is an associate in the firm’s Employment & Labor and Litigation Sections. Ms. DuBois has experience in handling a broad range of complex business issues, including breach of contract actions, employment disputes, personal injury, and products liability. Her practice includes complex commercial litigation, general litigation, and advising on business and employment issues. Ms. DuBois advises and represents clients with respect to compliance with Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the National Labor Relations Act, including representing clients in federal and state court and before administrative agencies.

Ms. DuBois joined the firm in 2023 after graduating from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia. During law school, she served as Executive Managing Editor for the Emory Law Journal. Ms. DuBois currently serves on the firm’s Recruiting Committee. In her spare time, Ms. DuBois loves to read and travel the world with her family.
