She especially enjoys helping clients establish meaningful charitable work and provides legal support to some of Utah’s largest nonprofit organizations.

Her practice is centered out of our Provo office in Utah County where she is the board chair of the Provo City Housing Authority and serves on the boards of Utah Regional Housing Corporation and Utah Community Land Trust. She also provides volunteer advice and support to the No More a Stranger Foundation.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Wingate graduated from Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark Law School, where she was the recipient of: J. Reuben Clark Award for academic excellence, integrity, high ethical standards, and service; the Wendy C. Archibald Award for Meritorious Service; and the Distinguished Clinical Practice Award for excellence in the clinical practice of law. She received her bachelor’s degree in economics from BYU.

Prior to law school, Ms. Wingate was the founder/director of Hopebridge Housing, a Boston area non-profit that provided assistance and services to families experiencing homelessness.
