Martha Wingate is an associate practicing in the Corporate and Non-profit sections of Ray Quinney & Nebeker.  Her practice includes entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and non-profit compliance.  She also provides clients with estate planning and immigration advice.

She is an active member of the community serving in many volunteer school and church positions, and has a special interest in applying her legal skills to help advance the causes of immigrants.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Wingate graduated from Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark Law School where she was the recipient of: J. Reuben Clark Award for academic excellence, integrity, high ethical standards, and service; the Wendy C. Archibald Award for Meritorious Service; and the Distinguished Clinical Practice Award for excellence in the clinical practice of law. She received her bachelor’s degree in economics from BYU.

Prior to law school, Ms. Wingate was the founder/director of Hopebridge Housing, a Boston area non-profit that provided assistance and services to families experiencing homelessness.
