Mr. Evans’ practice emphasis is complex litigation in areas that include commercial, trust and estates, construction, and tort litigation. Mr. Evans has defended corporations, partnerships, trusts and individuals in a variety of legal matters. He has extensive experience in complex commercial and trusts and estate disputes. Mr. Evans has tried numerous complex cases in these areas in federal and state before judges and juries. His approach to resolving business disputes is to seek quick resolution, often through an aggressive position of case issues. Mr. Evans has extensive courtroom, arbitration, and trial experience. Mr. Evans also has experience in defending clients against allegations of professional negligence.
