Mr. Mollerup has extensive experience in managing large, document-intensive discovery projects, specifically those involving electronic discovery. Since 2006, he has led the Firm’s electronic discovery group through numerous document review and production projects, including a number of multi-million-page projects involving both national and multinational corporate clients. Mr. Mollerup consults with clients on project scope, manages client deadlines, online repository set-up, reporting, and reviewer training. He has supervised, trained, and organized review teams on numerous electronic review platforms. His experience involves all types of commercial litigation, including antitrust, mass tort, real estate, and employment claims, as well as federal criminal cases and internal compliance audits.
