Sally McMinimee is Co-Chair of the Firm’s Women Lawyers Group and a highly regarded family law attorney with decades of experience representing individuals in complex divorce and domestic matters. With a background in commercial litigation, Sally’s practice focuses on high-net-worth marital estates, sophisticated business and property divisions, and all other aspects of family law. Sally regularly works alongside trust and estate professionals to ensure that advanced estate planning strategies are properly preserved and maximized in the context of divorce.
A fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML), and treasurer of the Mountain States Chapter, Sally is also an AAML-certified mediator and arbitrator. She is a founding member of the Utah Association of Collaborative Professionals and is deeply committed to resolving family law disputes through thoughtful, client-focused solutions available through all aspects of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
Sally is admitted to practice in both Utah and Idaho. She is known throughout the legal community for her professionalism, leadership, and commitment to service, including providing regular pro bono legal support. In recognition of her distinguished career and service to the profession, Sally was recently honored with the Women Lawyers of Utah Attorney of the Year and Lifetime Achievement Award.
