Ms. Krogue is a Shareholder in the Firm’s Litigation Section. Specifically, Ms. Krogue focuses on commercial litigation, which includes contract disputes, business torts, real estate and property right disputes, and shareholder/management issues. Ms. Krogue also assists clients in navigating employment law issues, including non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, breaches of the duty of loyalty, and misappropriation of trade secrets and other confidential information. Additionally, Ms. Krogue has experience in product liability actions, personal injury torts, and civil rights litigation. As part of this work, Ms. Krogue represents local, national, and global companies in filing and defending lawsuits and appeals in federal and state courts.
Ms. Krogue joined the firm in 2014 after graduating from the University of Michigan Law School. She is currently active in the Utah State Bar, the Women Lawyers of Utah, and the Young Lawyers Division. Ms. Krogue serves on the firm’s Recruiting Committee.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Ms. Krogue worked in agriculture and agritourism. She also lived and studied in Le Mans, France and Moscow, Russia.
Ms. Krogue has been recognized in Mountain States Super Lawyers (2019-2020) as a “Rising Star.”
