Robert G. Wing, Of Counsel, joins RQ&N’s Bankruptcy Section. Mr. Wing’s principal focus is serving as receiver or counsel to receivers. Additionally, he prosecutes and defends commercial litigation matters, and is experienced in disputes involving contracts, intellectual property and claims under ERISA. He has represented plaintiff classes in several class action matters. Mr. Wing has been recognized in Chambers USA in Litigation: General Commercial, and maintains an AV Preeminent (5.0) rating with Martindale-Hubbell. He has also been selected for inclusion in Mountain States Super Lawyers in the category of Business Litigation and has been voted by his peers throughout the state as one of Utah’s “Legal Elite” by Utah Business Magazine. Mr. Wing, the founder of NAFER (National Association of Federal Equity Receivers), received his J.D. from the University of California Berkeley, Boalt School of Law in 1984.
Jennifer R. Korb, Of Counsel, joins RQ&N’s Bankruptcy Section. Ms. Korb is a commercial litigator and a member of the firm’s bankruptcy and receivership section. Her principal focus is litigation relating to federal equity receiverships. She has represented equity receivers, bankruptcy trustees and creditors, individuals facing inquiry from state securities regulators, and plaintiffs in securities fraud actions. She is currently an arbitrator with FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority), the largest independent regulator for all securities firms doing business in the United States, and also serves as the Vice-Chair of the Securities Section of the Utah State Bar. Ms. Korb has been voted by her peers throughout the state as one of Utah’s “Legal Elite” by Utah Business Magazine. She received her J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law, where she served as Associate Editor of the University of Oregon Law Review, in 2001.
Jared N. Parrish, Of Counsel, also joins RQ&N’s Bankruptcy Section. Mr. Parrish is a trial lawyer and commercial litigator and a member of the firm’s bankruptcy and receivership section, whose practice is devoted to matters involving securities litigation, fraud, state and federal regulatory enforcement actions, FINRA arbitrations, regulatory inquiries, equity receiverships, and criminal defense matters (registered as Orlando criminal defense attorney). He also has extensive experience in matters involving investment fraud, Ponzi schemes and other corporate wrongdoing, and has represented equity receivers and creditors in receivership and bankruptcy matters as well as individuals and companies in securities and commercial litigation matters. Mr. Parrish is a former Securities Analyst for the Utah Division of Securities and a former prosecutor for Salt Lake City. He has been recognized by Mountain States Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” and by Benchmark Litigation as a “Local Litigation Star” in the areas of Commercial and Securities Litigation. Mr. Parrish received his J.D., cum laude, from the Gonzaga University School of Law in 2007.
