Beth J. Ranschau’s practice is dedicated to assisting clients navigate a variety of complicated legal matters by providing creative and efficient solutions. As a member of the firm’s litigation section, Ms. Ranschau’s practice covers a broad spectrum of general litigation matters including trade secret disputes, complex commercial litigation, and appellate practice. She has been recognized by Mountain States Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in the category of Business Litigation. Ms. Ranschau received her J.D. from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law, in 2011 and her B.A., cum laude, in Gender Studies from the University of Utah in 2007.
Adam K. Richards represents local and national clients in patent, trademark, copyright, antitrust, class action, business, trade secret, false advertising, and civil RICO litigation in both trial and appellate courts. Mr. Richards also prepares and prosecutes patent and trademark applications, advises clients on intellectual property strategy, and represents clients in trademark and patent administrative proceedings. He also counsels clients with antitrust compliance. Mr. Richards has been selected for inclusion in Mountain States Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in the category of Business Litigation. He received his J.D. from Stanford Law School and his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. Mr. Richards is a registered patent attorney admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Blake R. Voorhees is a member of the firm’s Tax, Trusts and Estate Planning and Corporate Sections. Mr. Voorhees focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, nonprofit organizations, business formation and planning, mergers & acquisitions and taxation. Mr. Voorhees received his LL.M. in Taxation from the New York University School of Law in 2012, his J.D., magna cum laude, from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2010 and a B.A. from the University of Utah in 2008.
