Blake R. Bauman is a member of the Firm’s Real Estate Section. Mr. Bauman focuses his practice on development, land use and entitlements, acquisitions and dispositions of property, leasing, and financing of office, retail, multi-family and other properties. Mr. Bauman also has experience assisting clients with business formation and planning, joint ventures, and other general corporate matters.
David B. Dibble is a member of the Firm’s Labor & Employment Section. His practice includes complex commercial litigation, general litigation, federal and state employment litigation, administrative agency practice, and advising on business and employment issues. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Dibble completed judicial clerkships at both the United States District Court for the District of Utah and at the Utah Court of Appeals, where he gained valuable insight into both federal and state litigation, and trial and appellate practice.
Michael K. Erickson practices in the Firm’s Intellectual Property Section. His practice emphasizes intellectual property litigation, including copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret matters. In particular, he focuses on intellectual property disputes in computer, software, and Internet industries. He is experienced in a wide-range of technology disputes, including Internet file sharing, electronic ad substitution, digital modeling, computer hacking, Web crawling, anti-circumvention technologies, domain names, digital image resizing, digital video recording, sponsored link advertising, safe harbors for Internet Service Providers, search-engine optimizations, and foreign software distribution.
S. Brandon Owen is a member of the Intellectual Property Section. His practice includes all facets of IP law including litigation and the preparation and prosecution of patent, trademark, and copyright applications in the United States and foreign countries. He counsels clients surrounding all aspects of trademark selection, clearance and enforcement, including domain name disputes, and provides representation in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial & Appeal Board.
