John Adams recently returned to Ray Quinney & Nebeker this month after serving a mission with his wife as government relations representatives to the United Nations on behalf of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and its humanitarian arm, Latter-day Saint Charities. 

Mr. Adams is a member of the Firm’s litigation section and former managing director of the Firm.  He is a talented and experienced litigator, and his practice focuses on trust and estate litigation, commercial litigation matters, alternative dispute resolution and cybersecurity and privacy matters.

Mr. Adams has experience in a wide variety of litigation fields including trust and estate litigation, contracts and business torts, bank litigation, health care litigation, insurance fraud and insurance coverage disputes.  

Mr. Adams is a trained mediator and also serves on the American Arbitration Association’s Commercial Arbitration Panel.  He is co-Chair of RQN’s Cybersecurity and Privacy practice group.  He assists clients in all aspects of legal compliance with data security and privacy laws.
