Ray Quinney & Nebeker is pleased to announce that Of Counsel attorney Marie Bradshaw Durrant has joined the firm’s Environmental and Natural Resources Section.
Marie Bradshaw Durrant assists energy and natural resource clients with environmental compliance, with a special focus on air quality. Ms. Durrant has represented clients in legal challenges to EPA rulemakings, permitting and enforcement actions at the local, regional and national levels, and she has extensive experience helping clients respond to information requests and investigations by the EPA and other administrative agencies. Ms. Durrant helps clients with telecommunications and wireless infrastructure projects, including federal licensing and ensuring compliance for assets in sales transactions. She also helps clients meet tribal consultation requirements and has negotiated favorable outcomes to complicated issues involving multiple tribes.
She received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Brigham Young University in 2010 and her Ph.D. from Brigham Young University in 2004. Ms. Durrant received her MSW from the University of Utah, School of Social Work in 1996 and a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Utah in 1991.
