Ray Quinney & Nebeker is pleased to announce several changes in the Firm’s management, effective immediately, as decided by its shareholders in a recent meeting.

Arthur B. Berger has been elected Managing Director of the Firm, succeeding John A. Adams, who has served in that position since 2007.  Mr. Berger served for the past six years as the firm’s Financial Director and a member of the Executive Committee.  Mr. Adams said, “Art brings great intellect, sound judgment and strong interpersonal skills to this position.”  Mr. Berger’s practice focuses on prosecuting and defending commercial litigation matters, and emphasizes intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, trade dress, copyright, and trade secret litigation.  He is recognized in Chambers USA, Best Lawyers in America, Mountain States Super Lawyers, and Martindale-Hubbell as a leader in Intellectual Property Law and Commercial Litigation.  Mr. Berger received his J.D. from the University of Utah College of Law in 1993 and his B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Philosophy from Colgate University in 1988.

Kevin G. Glade has been elected as the firm’s new Financial Director and will serve as Chair of the Finance Committee.  Mr. Glade previously served for a number of years on the finance committee and as the Chair of the firm’s Banking and Finance Section, and brings a wealth of experience to this new assignment.

Justin T. Toth has been elected to serve as Business Development Director and Chair of the firm’s Business Development Committee.  Mr. Toth has been a member of the Executive Committee for five years and previously served as the Chair of the firm’s Litigation Section.

David J. Castleton has been elected to a three-year term as a new member of the Executive Committee.  Mr. Castleton currently serves as the Chair of the firm’s Health Care Law practice.
