RQN Attorneys Close $350 Million Acquisition of Fox Pest Control

A team of attorneys from RQN’s Corporate and Tax sections successfully represented Fox Pest Control in a $350 million equity deal. 

The company was acquired by Rollins, Inc in a sophisticated transaction involving the restructuring and rollup of 19 majority-owned subsidiaries located across the country, and included significant tax planning that saved the client millions of dollars and furthered their charitable goals. 

Fox Pest Control employs more than 1,300 associates and is headquartered in Logan, Utah. The company ranks as the 13 largest pest management company according to PCT 100 rankings.
