RQN is pleased to announce that Greggory J. Savage will serve as Chair of the Firm’s Litigation Section and Kamie F. Brown will serve as Vice Chair.

Mr. Savage is a seasoned litigator who has prosecuted and defended claims in the areas of catastrophic torts, real property, land use, construction defects, insurance coverage, transportation, contracts, tax, business torts, intellectual property, securities fraud, product liability, financial institutions, and professional licensing. He also represents clients in the areas of franchise, dealership and real estate law. Mr. Savage also serves as Vice-Chair of the firm’s Automobile Dealer Law practice group and is the former Chair of the firm’s technology committee. Mr. Savage has been annually recognized by Chambers & Partners as a leading attorney in General Commercial Litigation in Utah.

Ms. Brown has substantial experience representing manufacturers, distributors, and insurers in product liability and commercial litigations matters. Ms. Brown handles multi-district and class-action litigation, and regularly defends actions involving a variety of products including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, automobiles, motorcycles, aircraft, tobacco, chemicals, electrical equipment, children’s products and industrial equipment. She defends companies in insurance coverage and contract disputes, as well as consumer protection actions. Ms. Brown was recently recognized by Utah Business Magazine as one of 30 Women to Watch, and serves as President-Elect of The Road Home Board of Trustees.
